Job Description With the recent increases in energy cost and the future withdrawal of Halogen lighting, businesses across the country need to make the switch to LED lighting which in turn will reduce energy costs as well as improving the energy efficiencies. The switch to LED lighting can save businesses up to 70% of current energy costs and we are in a prime position to make the switch happen for our clients. As a Lighting BDM (full training given - simple and straight forward) you will attend appointments generated by our telemarketers or self-generated appointments and undertake a lighting survey with the outcome presented back to the client. You will be expected to achieve on a consistent basis and grow your knowledge through inhouse training and self-learning. Core Responsibilities Attend meetings generated by our telemarketing division, completing lighting surveys and presenting energy proposals with the focus on closing the sale. Contact potential new clients to arrange meetings/establish relationships Understand the needs of our customers and be able plan effective responses to those needs Attend networking events and relevant events where appropriate for lead generation Work alongside the sales manager, telemarketing team and aftersales teams, to ensure business targets & customer requirements are met Reporting daily/weekly/monthly figures to the sales manager and work toward individual and companies targets Attend company sales meetings and training sessions Create opportunities for the other companies within the group to maximise revenue Requirements for the role Minimum 2 years in an BDM/Field Sales role Previous experience in B2B selling Consultative selling style Work as a part of a team and individually Consistent over achiever with the motivation to earn more Experience in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software Good communication skills Ability to switch direction at anytime A focus on career progression with a group of companies focused on growth What you will receive from WN1 Lighting Solutions Career opportunities with a growing group of companies Full induction and training Fun and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on enjoying your role Recognition for performance An overachievement mentality Open door policy Company/Team nights out Job Type Full Time Rewards Packages Up to £32k Basic salary dependant on experience £60k OTE Uncapped commission structure Fuel Allowance Option of Electric Company Car after probation 28 days holiday (Including bank holidays) 9am-5pm Mon-Friday Mobile Phone Laptop
