Reporting directly into the COO, there are solid opportunities for growth within the role. Become the first owner of the Brand function and run with it!
Set marketing strategy, plans, and vision for company brands while ensuring efforts align with commercial needs.
Become the Brand Champion across all products. Ensure the integrity of the brand is maintained across the business working with marketing, product, customer services, operations, legal and all departments who have input into or produce or communicate content.
Create brand assets to include marketing materials, brand standards, style guides, and other materials.
Brand development planning and creative ideation.
Plan and manage implementation of advertising and promotional activities including print, radio, online and local market promotions.
Develop and execute annual operating and marketing plans that align with brand strategies.
Manage relationships with SEO consultants and all SEM vendors to ensure all participants are rowing the same way for maximum growth.
Reviewing and approving all advertisements created by the advertising agency before they are published or aired
Establish KPIs and track performance against KPIs.
Analyze consumer, marketing, and sales reports to assess brand performance. Track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment.
Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.
5+ years' experience with progressive responsibility in brand management working for an internationally recognized and reputable brand within the digital sports industry (professional sports league or franchise only) or within the online sportsbook, or digital gaming industry is essential.
Leadership level communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Management experience essential with hiring, training and growing a team a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively to people of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.
Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming certifications or licenses as required.
