Job description: Customer Service Tracing Advisor Salary: £11.40 p/h Location: Derby Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8hr shift between 8am to 6pm We are looking for experienced customer service advisors to work with our global market leader in the international parcel delivery and express courier business. They specialise in the door-to-door delivery of documents and parcels worldwide and has more than 100,000 employees operating in more than 220 countries and territories. Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Tracing Advisor will be to: Handle all incoming after sales shipment issues, from all customers, into the contact centre where first-time resolution is not possible. Manage Customers expectations through Trace requests and supporting Frontline functions Maintain Customer Loyalty Handle complex issues and objections Reduce volume of complaints and claims Increase first time resolution rates for track and trace callsMust haves: IT Literate Good customer service skills Problem solving skills If successful, you will be subject to a DBS check and 5-year compliance.
