Customer Support Co-ordinator Shift Patterns: Monday Friday PAYE Rate: £10.76 p/h Hours: 40 Hours per week This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a large UK company who have operations across the country. The Role: As a Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will be working on but not limited to: Accurately filing vehicle documentation Booking in units at multiple locations You will be responsible for using and updating multiple external customers databases and systems Liaising with the Account Managers and Account Directors for each account, to give feedback on administrative processes and ongoing customer experience You will be dealing with multiple sites ensuring smooth transition of units to sale What kind of person we are looking for?: Previous experience within a similar role Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Self-driven and self-motivated Must be able to work within a team environment Must have a keen eye for detail Problem solving skills What we can offer: Weekly pay Free onsite car parking Should you feel you hold the relevant skills/experience for this position, please apply today for more information
