A pivotal member of the Technical department, you'll have the skills and engaging personality to represent the business, build relationships and the forerunner of continuous quality improvement, a great communicator, well organised and driven to deliver results without compromising on service! As the Customer Technical Account Manager you will have exposure to major retailers, collaborate with your stakeholders, setting lucid methods into action. In additional strong understanding of BRCGS coupled with being well versed with up to date technical legislation, the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and a creative and "can do" mentality. Current experience of UK Food Manufacturing, BRCGS and retailer exposure will be required as well as management experience and food or science related degree preferred (but not essential).
