Cyber Security Manager Hybrid Base office: Winnersh Salary: negotiable and dependant on experience Our client is a UK-based executive-search consultancy which operates across 12 countries globally. In order to meet the demands of their clients and to take advantage of a market which is more buoyant now ever, the position of Cyber Security Manager has been created. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Management: As the Manager and leader of the Cyber Security Practice, you will be responsible for scaling a team of dedicated Cyber Security Consultants (Fee earners and new-business consultants) and Account Managers whilst project managing the research/ delivery executives who will be supporting your team. Recruitment: You will be tasked to grow your team across multiple geographical sites. You will own the organisational design for your team whilst meeting and exceeding your headcount targets. Retention: As a manager, you'll be responsible for coaching, developing and retaining your internal talent. Our client is a values-oriented business and requires any leader who can hold a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to - guide, nurture and develop the team. Revenue: You will be expected to deliver world-class recruitment and account management solutions to existing accounts, in addition to winning new clients to add to the impressive portfolio of companies who are already committed to our client. From a 'style' perspective, our client is looking for an individual with the gravitas and confidence to consult with the most senior of client stakeholders This is a high-profile leadership role As the newly appointed Cyber Security Manager, you will play a key role in how our client grows and scales their business. There is a defined career path to become a Partner as well as a rewarding equity scheme ROLES YOU'LL RECRUIT: Our client specialises in recruiting within GTM / Go To Market functions. You will be managing a team of consultants that will recruit across - Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and Customer Success. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven track record as a billing consultant (ability and hunger to prospect) Experience in hiring, leading, managing, guiding, mentoring direct reports Ideally experience of hiring commercial roles which could include sales, pre sales, marketing, associate partners/partners or other commercially focused hires within software, technology or IT consultancies Excellent client management skills and the ability to consult, advise and guide. To have the confidence to push back when needed in an articulate and consultative manner.
