Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20+ years and have performed more than 600,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.


We are on the hunt for a multifaceted, highly organized Senior Brand Manager to lead our global content strategy, ensuring the brand voice is coming through in the most meaningful and impactful way at every touchpoint.

Candidates must be based in the Austin area.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the needs, preferences and expectations of our audience, as well as our business goals, to support the design of an effective content strategy
Manage the complete content and PR strategy, including design, content, video, and social media strategy Build, implement and manage the overall content marketing strategy across digital and physical channels, collaborating with the marketing team and supporting agency partners
Determine and measure content marketing ROI and KPIs, ensuring all digital customer journeys are supported by appropriate, impactful and relevant content
Research competition, investigate benchmarks and identify opportunities for improvement for the overall content and website strategy
Works with Engineering to improve website content and UI/UX, including improvement of features, discoverability and brand cohesion

Skills & Qualifications:

You've done this before- 4+ years' experience in brand marketing roles with 1-2 years' experience managing a brand-focused team
Ability to manage content development along with strategic direction at every phase of the marketing lifecycle
Familiarity with key metrics to develop test plans, establish benchmarks and measure performance in content marketing channels
