Job Title: Fraud Advisor Salary: £10.72 Per Hour Working 5 days per week between Monday-Sunday, Operating hours 7am-11pm (Rarely work outside of 8am-8pm) Hours: 40 per week Type of Role: Full Time in office based role. Duration - Permanent with Fortnightly pay Location - Middlesbrough Full Training Given! No holidays in the first 6-8 weeks of the start date. Attendance for all of the training is mandatory. This has the potential of becoming a hybrid-working role once successfully completing probation & training. About the Company - Our client is looking for candidates to join their fast growing team that has organically grown with the upscale of their company.Your role in this will provide 1st class customer service advice to their customers on their database, providing solutions and also support. You will be the first point representative on the call. Duties will include - Managing inbound calls & assisting customers with their queries Providing Solutions to the customer need Extracting information off the call and turning this into data Outbound call when necessary or when doing follow ups Providing customer care & Support with their queries Liaise with customers directly to make sure the nature of the complaint is investigated and understood before responding Make sure complex, high profile and non-routine complaints are thoroughly and impartially investigated and resolved Own the investigation and resolution process for complex and in depth concerns Identify areas for process, policy and service improvements and suggest fit for purpose solutions in order to drive customer satisfaction and reduce further complaints About you - A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience in difficult situations when dealing with a range of customers, including those who distressed or vulnerable Excellent written and verbal communication skills A comprehensive knowledge of key business products and services across a range of propositions A thorough understanding of the complaints process and regulatory requirements A comprehensive knowledge of complaint management systems Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess and understand all relevant information to reach fair outcomes The ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly The confidence to make decisions within agreed discretionary limits In return, you'll receive some fantastic benefits and a truly great place to come to work!
