Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our client, in the search for a Part-Time HR and Payroll Administrator to join their supportive and vibrant team based in Fareham, Hampshire. The hours required for this permanent role are 30.5 hours per week working, Monday to Thursday 8.30am 3.30pm and Friday 8.30am 1.30pm. Reporting into a fantastic Global HR Director, you will be responsible for providing efficient administration support to the HR and Payroll team. Some of your duties will include: Managing new starter and leaver paperwork Being responsible for employee communications including monthly newsletters and updating company notice boards Processing purchase orders and invoices for the department Keeping employee files and system details up to date Note taking in formal meetings such as disciplinary and probation meetings Creating pension, sick pay and payroll letters Coordinating and promoting the annual employee engagement survey As an individual you will; Have proven administrative and organisational skills Be IT savvy with excellent typing skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Be able to deal with information appropriately and confidentially In return, you will be rewarded with an actually salary of up to £19,300 (£25,000 FTE) plus some fantastic benefits.
