HR Assistant Birmingham Paying between £25-30k Permanent LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking an experienced HR Assistant, to join a leading business based in Birmingham, near the airport. This is a generalist role focused upon providing a key HR administration service to the HR team and employees based on site. This is a customer facing role which requires this person to be based on site, with some flexibility. This role is reporting directly to the HRBP you will have lots of exposure to all HR matters and have the opportunity to progress to a HR Advisor in the near future. The role: Be the first point of contact for a wide range of queries on all aspects of the Employee lifecycle. Administering the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes collating and coordinating CV s for review by recruiting manager, setting up of interviews and all associated administration. Producing all associated offer and induction paperwork. Administering inductions for new starter and probationary processes Administering the benefit schemes, ensuring employees are added and removed in a timely fashion and records are accurately maintained Administration of all other Employee lifecycle requirements including changes to terms and conditions of employment and termination documentation Ensure all HR systems are accurate and up to date in order to provide accurate management information. Support the wider HR team with the delivery of HR projects including as salary review and annual appraisals. Support payroll lead in the provision of accurate documentation and data to meet monthly / annual deadlines and requirements What we are looking for? CIPD preferred but not essential for candidates with great experience, 2-3 years required Excellent communication and follow up skills. Team player Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented with sound time management and organization skills Solid communication skills and able to act and escalate when necessary Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel Results driven and focused on delivering.
