H9 Human Resources are working with a fantastic national organisation to recruit for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to lead the recruitment operation across their Midlands region. The role is mostly home based, with occasional travel to their North West Head Office and to sites within your region to support with recruitment campaigns. This is a new role within the business and a great opportunity to make your mark and really develop your own patch. You will be able to play a key role in the development and shaping of the role within the business. The client are looking for an experienced recruiter with a passion and drive for attracting the best candidates. With a primary focus on candidate attraction, responsibilities will include: Identifying and implementing creative approaches to attracting suitable candidates. Producing appealing job adverts that stand out from the norm and promote the unique aspects of all sites and roles whilst embracing the brand. Managing adverts and communicating with candidates. Exploring appropriate recruitment channels in specified regions and new locations. Working with wider team to ensure vacancy requirements and priorities are accurately identified. Developing processes to ensure efficient and proactive recruitment practices are in place. Compiling and analysing key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and to measure success. Identifying and implementing ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Building strong relationship across the company to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving recruitment targets. What else can you expect?
