Are you an experience IT Project Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? With a change in ownership in 2020 the company has gone through a period of cultural transformation, and we now have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised IT Project Manager to join our busy IT team based in Swindon. You will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle from inception to deployment and post-deployment support. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, to be credible, authentic, engaging, and able to communicate and influence people at all levels. This IT Project Manager role is based in our Swindon Head Office 2 days a week and we can offer homeworking for the rest of the week if that is your preference. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget Manage the successful delivery of a project to the right level of quality through appropriate use of standard project management methodology Successfully manage project risks and issues through effective analysis, mitigation, and contingency planning, ensuring the project risks and issues logs are regularly updated, reviewed, and shared with the project team Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date over the duration of the project Engage the relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout the lifecycle through the project communication and stakeholder engagement plans and monitoring of feedbackThis IT Project Manager role would suit candidates with skills or experience in any of the following areas: IT, Project Manager, Prince2, APM, PMI, Infrastructure, E-Commerce, Smartsheet, MS Project.
