We have a great opportunity for an IT Service Desk Engineer to work with one our public sector clients.Key Purposes of this role:Answering phone calls" Using their systems to log IT phone calls" Creating new active directory accounts" Remote trouble shooting" Working with AEM, Datto and Daimware softwareA successful candidate must:" Have previous experience in customer service and IT service desk" Have strong communication skills" Be able to remain calm under pressure" Have great communication skillsYou will be working 37.5hrs per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £13.12 which is paid weekly.
