Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Support Advisor to support a busy Manufacturing client based in King's Lynn. The role is to provide an excellent level of customer service, sales and administrative support to all elements of the customer buying experience. Duties include: Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Customers Providing dedicated support and assistance to your assigned Sales Manager Answer incoming calls and responding to all questions/requirements/queries promptly Preparing all customer quotations Handling the process of orders within a time frame. You must have experience within a Customer Service environment and be competent in using Microsoft systems and CRM systems. You will be required to have strong phone handling skills and excellent customer service skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday- 8.00am-5pm with possible hybrid working available.
