Payroll Assistant - Permanent - Bramhall - £22,000 + study support and extensive benefits Our client, an employee owned business is going from strength to strength and due to this require another assistant within their busy and successful payroll team. Reporting to the payroll manager you will assist them and your team with various admin tasks. You will be dealing with incoming phone and email enquiries in a knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient manner. The role will be raising invoices to customers from timesheets, remaining compliant with the FCSA Code of conduct. Dealing with daily post, inputting relevant information into software and reviewing, querying and approving employee expense claims. Private Pension administration. P45/P46 starter information. You will be highly customer focused with a genuine approach to delivering an outstanding customer experience, quickly building warm relationships with new and prospective employees by telephone. You will have at least 1 years experience working in an office administration role, with outstanding communication and organisation skills coupled with a strong work / team ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow. Full payroll training will be offered on the job along with study support, you just need to show the right attitude in order to secure this position!
