As a receptionist, you know first impressions matter. You'll be a friendly face with a welcoming personality as you greet staff, visitors, and service users to Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby. Working 24 hours a week within a medium and low secure unit you will deliver an efficient and high quality front of house and reception service. You will be responsible for controlling access to the Hospital for patients, staff and visitors and undertaking associated security procedures. You will manage and allocate key to staff and visitors and will maintain an updated daily log of everyone present at site. Your responsibilities will include: Use of information technology to produce various documents and electronic information To be the first point of contact for visitors at reception, answer inbound calls promptly and professionally transferring calls to the relevant staff or taking messages, if required and passing these along to the relevant staff in an efficient and timely manner To ensure that all visitors to Rhodes Wood Hospital sign in to meet the requirements of health & safety and are provided with visitors passes, so they can be identified as visitors to the hospital To ensure that all keys and alarms are allocated and signed out to staff and signed back in at the end of shift / visit To conduct key counts so the Hospital is assured that all keys are on site. Ensure all visitors to the Hospital read and sign the contraband item list and complete COVID paperwork To arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project activities, if required to do so Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project activities Diary ManagementTo be successful in this role, you'll need: O Level/GCSE standard or equivalent, including English Good knowledge and use of the English language including grammar, spelling and punctuation Experience of working within a reception environment Knowledge and experience of working in a mental health setting is desirable What you will get: Annual salary of £12,480 + Benefits The equivalent of 33 days annual leave - plus your birthday off!
