Recruitment Sales Manager (Covering the North of the UK) This is a great opportunity to join the Sales and Senior management team here at HRGO, we are looking for a driven, experienced Recruiter/Business Development Manager to join us at a very exciting time! Your Mission As Sales Manager you'll be responsible for bringing in new business to the branches in your allocated area. You'll build relationships with all the branches that fall into your area, understand the specialism of your local branches and expand on these with potential clients. Through energy and expertise, you'll create a productive sales culture that thrives on success and collaboration. You will create and develop a solid sales pipeline and engage with potential customers. You'll harness our industry leading recruitment expertise and our innovative technology to sell to customers. Using our story, strengths, culture, vision and values as tools to engage customers with our products and services. Landing the sale is just the beginning - you will build on that customer relationship to make sure we work with every department and ultimately to convert the sale into an on-site, national or sole agency opportunity. Equally we would ask you to look for business that is going to go to tender and get close to that client to gain as much advantage as possible. You'll pass on that data to the bid team and assist in the completion of relevant bids using your knowledge. You'll relish in successfully achieving agreed targets.
