The Resource Planner - Master Scheduler II (Internal Title) is responsible for the integrated resource planning (IRP) process for Kohler Information Technology (IT) and will play a key role in the Technology Governance Office (TGO). The objective of the IRP process is to balance IT project demand and supply. This person will partner with executives and managers from the IT business partner organization (BPO) and the IT delivery teams. The Master Scheduler II will ensure quality, accurate, and timely reporting and will drive process improvements and reporting automation.
Owns the Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) process and deliverables.
Serves as the IT subject matter expert in demand/capacity planning.
Coordinates the RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, informed) for the IRP process with the BPO, PMO, and supply teams.
Continuously researches, evaluates and utilizes the best tools to produce reports to support the IRP process.
Constantly searches for methods to streamline and automate the process and reports that will benefit IT and our business partners.
Supports and facilitates the monthly IRP meeting with IT stakeholders. Documents and follows-up on action items.
Facilitates and coordinates the annual IRP rough cut planning, including rough order of magnitude project estimation. Continually seeks ways to improve the annual process.
Maintains accurate supporting documentation for all IRP reports and processes.
Maintains the repository for all IRP processes, documents, and reports in Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and/or SharePoint.
Monitors key demand and supply metrics for IT, which drive critical business and operational decisions regarding project schedules and IT resources.
Responsible for coordinating, producing, and maintaining a multitude of weekly and monthly reports/dashboards in support of the IRP process for key stakeholders.
Provides additional reports as requested on an ad hoc basis.
Produces reports that must be accurate, timely, and presented in the highest professional quality.
Responsible for all reporting templates and standards.
Facilitates and coordinates the onboarding/offboarding of PMO contractors and associates in a timely and efficient manner.
Includes, but is not limited to, SOW coordination, system access, and hardware procurement/distribution/collection.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 or more years of experience in master scheduling or similar roles required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with experience using Excel for reporting and basic data analysis
Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis preferred
Power BI skills are a plus and the desire/ability to learn is a must
Strong analytical skills; ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems
Exceptional degree of accuracy; ability to perform work thoroughly and precisely
Extremely detail-oriented; ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task
High accountability; willingness to accept full responsibility for actions

This position offers a base of $50,000-70,000+ DOE with benefits.
