Would you like to support Primary-school aged children in SEN Primary Schools? Do you have any professional or personal experience caring for children and young people with additional needs? Would you be able to work in a team with other professionals to ensure that children with additional needs get the support they need in education?

We are looking for Teachers for SEN Primary schools for the next academic year. The Primary schools we work with are passionate about providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties to achieve their full potential in education.

The role of the SEN Teacher will be to support children with an EHCP (Education and Health Care Plan), implement effective behaviour management strategies, create and deliver interesting lesson plans, and work with other professionals in the school to ensure children with additional needs have their own goals identified and supported.

We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with experience in Care, Counselling, Fostering, Social Work, Youth Justice and/or Youth Support Work. Any previous professional experience with Autism, Asperger's, Down's Syndrome, ADD, ADHD, Makaton or Sign Language would also be advantageous, but not essential.
