Salary: £25,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 4.30am (some flexibility is required) Our client is a full service, global engineering, repair and logistics company providing best cost solutions to many of the worlds premier brands. The Role The team leader is responsible for supervising staff and functions within the department to best serve the Customer KPIs, daily profit and loss and internal team objectives/goals. Key Job Responsibilities Prioritise workload in your department in accordance with financial goals and customer requirement Lead the team to achieve agreed upon goals Record P&L & PPL schedule and organise workload / resources to ensure P&L targets are attained Ensure compliance with customer s KPIs Upkeep daily, weekly, monthly reports as required Drive Productivity and implement process improvements Communicate and interface with customer as required Ensure that customer units are handled / stored correctly and can be located within the facility Maintain and adhere to housekeeping policies across facility Maintain and uphold all company polices Manage personnel in line with company policies, including but not limited to morale, attendance and disciplinary holiday planning holiday, sickness, sharing resources and time keeping Ability to work overtime and shifts if required as per contract. Fulfilment of orders and end of day closure process. Inventory management of non-SAP items online Replenishing stock online Candidate Profile/Qualifications Background Experience in working in a leadership role A full understanding of productivity measurements and ability to create plans in response to metric analysis Ability to motivate team members and create an atmosphere of pride Must be able to prioritise workload to ensure SLAs are met Ability to think on their feet and react quickly to operational situations and changing circumstances Excellent written, verbal and presentational skills as communication is key to this role. Skills Highly organised with a good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Self-starter with strong motivational skills and a completer/finisher attitude. Drive and determination, sees tasks through to completion. Positive, energetic approach to any task given. Good communicator with outstanding organisation skills. Excellent MS office skills, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook
